Sponsor Summary - Applications Tab
The Sponsor Summary - Applications tab provides information about your organization's Food Distribution Program enrollment and the status of your enrollment forms. When your organization creates its sponsor information sheet, the tab expands to include a list of delivery location forms that the state agency expects to receive from your organization.
The Select Shared Delivery Sites command allows you to view a list of delivery locations and select a shared delivery location used by your organization. It adds the delivery location information sheet for the shared delivery location to your Sponsor Summary - Applications tab.
The Sponsor Summary - Applications tab displays the following information about your organization's enrollment forms:
- Sponsor Name and Number.
- Sponsor Summary Contents Tabs. Provides access to each area of the organization's information, including applications, entitlements, preorders, allocations, inventory, orders, and invoicing.
- Expansion Indicator. A plus sign next to an enrollment form means that there are multiple versions of the form. Click the plus sign to display the revision history for the form. A minus sign means that you can hide the revision history and display the current version of the form.
- Sponsor Information Sheet. Provides the sponsor number, name, revision number, status, and approval date for the current version and any revision history. It also provides access to the commands available to work on this form, based on the form's status.
- Delivery Location Information Sheet. Provides the delivery location (site) number, name, revision number, status, and approval date for each delivery location that participates in the FDP. It also provides access to the commands available to work on each form based on the form's status.
Notes:
- Throughout the program year, your organization may submit revised enrollment forms to the state agency as changes occur. The status of revised forms appears on the Sponsor Summary - Applications tab.
- If your organization has more than one version of an enrollment form, this tab displays information about the current version. Use the plus sign (+) to display the revision history, and the minus sign (-) to hide the revision history.
- The CNPweb determines the list of delivery locations on this page using information provided by the state agency. If a delivery location is missing from this list, or if a delivery location appears on the list that should not appear, contact your state agency.
- For a shared delivery location, the CNPweb displays "{Shared}" next to the delivery location name.
