Your organization can change its Food Distribution Program enrollment forms throughout the program year as necessary. After the state agency approves an original form, the CNPweb assigns the Approved status.
You cannot edit an approved form. Instead, you must submit a revision. The CNPweb tracks all approved revisions of each enrollment form throughout the program year.
The state agency reviews each revised enrollment form. During the review, it may return an enrollment form to your organization for correction. You must fix the problem with the form and resubmit the form for approval.
