Activity 6: View Allocated Inventory

To view your organization's allocated inventory:

1. Display the Sponsor Summary - Inventory tab.
   1. Click the Summary menu.
   2. Click Sponsor Summary.

      The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Applications tab.

   3. Click the Inventory tab.

      The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Inventory tab.

   The CNPweb displays a list of every product with allocated quantity for the selected sponsor currently held at the servicing warehouse.

2. Locate a product to view allocation details.
3. Click the plus sign.

   The CNPweb displays the individual allocations with allocated quantities for the selected product.

Notes:

• The inventory remains on this list until the sponsor places an order.
• Click the minus sign to hide the allocation details.
• You can review the details for an allocation by looking up the allocation on the Sponsor Summary - Allocations tab.
