Program Year Activities

Throughout the program year, your organization uses the CNPweb to participate in the Food Distribution Program. Your participation throughout the year can be broken down into these activities.

During the Enrollment Period:

• Activity 1: Submit Enrollment Forms. Your organization submits enrollment forms that define its participation in the Food Distribution Program.

Ongoing Tasks through the Program Year:

• Activity 2: Review Entitlement. Your organization reviews the distributed entitlement, spent entitlement, and available entitlement throughout the program year.
• Activity 3: Respond to Preorders. Your organization responds to a commodity preorders.
• Activity 4: Accept and Refuse Allocations. Your organization reviews its allocations, and can refuse some or all of the product quantities.
• Activity 5: Request Unassigned Inventory. Your organization creates an unassigned request based on the product quantities available as unassigned inventory at your servicing warehouses.
• Activity 6: View Allocated Inventory. Your organization reviews its product inventory at its servicing warehouses.
• Activity 7: Place Orders. Your organization places an order for delivery of allocated products at its servicing warehouses.
• Activity 8: Review Invoices. Your organization reviews invoices from the state agency for product service fees.
• Activity 9: Revise Enrollment Forms. Your organization revises individual enrollment forms (sponsor and delivery location information sheets) throughout the program year as required.
