Before the start of the program year, your state agency distributes its estimated entitlement dollars between the participating sponsors. After the start of the program year, the state agency distributes its final entitlement.
Your organization receives entitlement on a fair-share basis with other organizations. The state agency can also adjust your organization's entitlement throughout the program year.
The CNPweb provides tools that allow you to view the entitlement dollars distributed to your organization for the program year for each FDP subprogram, and track your entitlement use throughout the program year.
