Sponsor Summary - Entitlement Tab

The Sponsor Summary - Entitlement tab provides information about the Food Distribution Program entitlement dollars distributed to your organization and spent by your organization.

The state agency assigns entitlement within a program year by subprogram and commodity group. A sponsor may have several buckets of entitlement dollars, and the tab lists the entitlement for a subprogram and group combination on separate lines at the top.

The Sponsor Summary - Entitlement tab displays the following information about your organization's entitlement dollars for the current program year:

Sponsor Name and Number.
Sponsor Summary Contents Tabs. Provides access to each area of the organization's information, including applications, entitlements, preorders, allocations, inventory, orders, and invoicing.
Current Year. The entitlement amount for the current program year for one subprogram appears in each line.
Prior Year. The amount of entitlement for the subprogram rolled over from the previous program year (if appropriate).
Total Entitlement. The total entitlement dollars for this subprogram, adding together the current program year amount and any rollover amount from the previous program year.
Entitlement Used. The amount of entitlement used by your organization during the current program year for this subprogram. The CNPweb updates this amount as the organization uses entitlement dollars on preorders and allocations.
Remaining Balance. The total entitlement dollars still available to your organization at this point in the program year for this subprogram.
No Charge Used. The value of entitlement no-charge commodity obtained by your organization in this program year for this subprogram.
Bonus Used. The amount of bonus entitlement obtained by your organization in this program year for this subprogram.
DoD Used. The amount of entitlement used in the DoD program for this subprogram.

If the state agency adjusts your organization's entitlement amount, the new amount displays on this tab immediately. The CNPweb does not track any entitlement adjustment history throughout a program year.
