View Entitlement Summary

You can view the Food Distribution Program entitlement information for your organization, including total entitlement, entitlement use, and remaining entitlement.

To view the entitlement summary for your organization:

Change the program year (if necessary).
1. Click Program Year next to the program and your recipient agency name.
  The CNPweb displays the Program Year Selection page.
2. Click the program year.
  The CNPweb changes the program year and updates the page display.
Display the Sponsor Summary - Entitlement tab.
1. Click the Summary menu.
2. Click Sponsor Summary.
  The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Applications tab.
3. Click the Entitlement tab.
  The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Entitlement tab.
Review the entitlement and entitlement use information.

Notes:

You can only view entitlement information for one program year at a time. To view entitlement information for a different program year, change the program year.
The Sponsor - Entitlement tab displays your organization's entitlement dollars for the program year at the top and individual allocation entitlement details below.
Your state agency distributes the estimated entitlement before the start of the program year, and distributes final entitlement during the program year. Your organization may receive a different amount for its final entitlement.
Your state agency may adjust your organization's entitlement amount throughout the program year. The current entitlement amount for your organization appears on this page.
The CNPweb updates your entitlement summary each time you spend entitlement dollars.
The Remaining Balance identifies your remaining entitlement dollars for each subprogram in this program year.
The No Charge Used identifies the entitlement value of the entitlement no-charge products allocated to your organization. Your organization did not spend entitlement dollars on these products.
The Bonus Used identifies the entitlement value of bonus products allocated to your organization. Your organization did not spend entitlement dollars on these products.
If you changed the program year to view entitlement for a different program year, change the program year back to the current program year.
