Program Year Basics

The CNPweb organizes Food Distribution Program information by program year. When you log on to the Food Distribution Program, the CNPweb requires you to select a program year. The selected program year displays on each page as part of the common page elements.

Change the Program Year

Occasionally, you must change the program year to complete a task.

For example:

• During program year 2010, you submit enrollment forms for program year 2011.

You change the selected program year at any time during a session.

1. Click on Program Year (common page elements).

   The CNPweb displays the Program Year Selection page.

2. Locate the desired program year in the program year list.
3. Click the desired program year number.

   The CNPweb changes the program year and displays the Sponsor Summary - Applications tab for the program year.

Notes:

• If you change the program year before you perform a task, remember to change it back.
• Your state agency may turn off the order, unassigned request, and revise enrollment form features during a program year.
