Correct and Resubmit Enrollment Forms
When the state agency reviews your enrollment forms, they can:
- Approve the form.
- Return the form for correction. Require your organization to fix any enrollment forms that did not meet the state agency's approval. The CNPweb assigns the Needs Correction status to a returned enrollment form.
Your organization must fix the problems with the form and resubmit it for approval.
To correct any problems with an enrollment form returned for correction (original or revised):
Change the program year to the upcoming program year (if necessary).- Click Program Year next to the program and your recipient agency name.
The CNPweb displays the Program Year Selection page.
- Click the program year.
The CNPweb changes the program year and updates the page display.
Display the Sponsor Summary - Applications tab.- Click the Summary menu.
- Click Sponsor Summary.
The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Applications tab.
- Locate the information sheet with the Needs Correction status.
- Edit a Sponsor Information Sheet.
OR
Edit a Delivery Location Information Sheet.
The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Applications page with the updated form status.
- Repeat Step 3 and Step 4 for each information sheet marked Needs Correction.
Notes:
- The enrollment forms that require updating have the Needs Correction status.
- Corrected forms have the Pending Submission, Pending Approval, or Approved status.
- If you changed the program year to correct and resubmit an enrollment form for the upcoming program year, make sure to change the program year back to the current program year.
