Enrollment Form Statuses

From the time a sponsor starts filling out its Food Distribution Program enrollment forms until the state agency approves them, the CNPweb uses statuses to identify the location of the forms in the submission and approval process.

The CNPweb displays each form's status on the Sponsor Summary - Applications tab.

The CNPweb uses the following statuses for enrollment forms:

• Errors Status.
• Pending Submission Status.
• Pending Approval Status.
• Needs Correction Status.
• Uncertified Status.
• Approved Status.

Notes:

• A form with an unapproved status can have any of the following statuses: Errors, Pending Submission, Pending Approval, and Needs Correction.
