The CNPweb uses the Pending Submission status on a completed enrollment form (original or revision) with no input errors. This status means that you successfully filled out the form but did not check the certification checkbox.
To resolve this situation, you must edit the form, check the certification checkbox, and resubmit the form to the state agency for review and approval.
