Submit Delivery Location Information Sheet

Before the start of the program year, your organization must submit one or more delivery location forms as part of the Food Distribution Program enrollment process. Each delivery location form describes the location and its storage capability.

To create each delivery location form for the upcoming program year:

  1. Change the program year to the upcoming program year (if necessary).
  2. Display the Sponsor Summary - Applications tab.
  3. Locate the delivery location in the list.
  4. Click Add.

    The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Delivery Location Sheet tab.

  5. Complete the Sponsor Delivery Location Sheet.
  6. Click Submit.

    The CNPweb checks your form for input errors.

  7. If the CNPweb finds errors, it displays the Sponsor Delivery Location Sheet - Post Confirmation page with the error detection message. You must correct all errors and resubmit the form. For more information, see Correct Delivery Location Information Sheet Input Errors.
  8. If the CNPweb finds no errors, it displays Sponsor Delivery Location Sheet - Post Confirmation page with the appropriate status message.
  9. Repeat Step 2 through Step 8 for each delivery location.
