Change a Delivery Location Information Sheet
Your organization makes changes to a Food Distribution Program delivery location form throughout the program year as necessary. The status of the form determines which procedure you use.
- Edit the existing form. You can make changes to an existing information sheet if it has not been approved (statuses include Errors, Pending Approval, and Needs Correction).
- Revise the existing form. You must submit a revision to the existing information sheet if it has been approved (status Approved). The CNPweb keeps a copy of all approved versions of your information sheets.
The procedure for changing a delivery location form with any unapproved status is different from the procedure for changing a delivery location form with the Approved status.
