View a Delivery Location Information Sheet

At any time, you can view your organization's delivery location information sheets. You can view the contents of the current delivery location information sheet in any status, and you can view any previous version.

To view a delivery location information sheet:

1. To view the delivery location information sheet for a different program year, change the program year.
   1. Click Program Year next to the program and your recipient agency name.

      The CNPweb displays the Program Year Selection page.

   2. Click the program year.

      The CNPweb changes the program year and updates the page display.

2. Display the Sponsor Summary - Applications tab.
   1. Click the Summary menu.
   2. Click Sponsor Summary.

      The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Applications tab.

3. Locate the Delivery Location Information Sheet.
4. Click View.

   The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Delivery Location Sheet.

5. View the delivery location information sheet contents.
6. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
7. Click Cancel.

Notes:

• Viewing an information sheet only allows you to read the contents. To change the contents, you must either edit an unapproved information sheet or revise an approved information sheet.
• The CNPweb uses yellow highlighting to show changes on the form.
• If the CNPweb contains other versions of this information sheet, click the plus sign to expand the revision history list.
• If you changed the program year to view an enrollment form for a different program year, change the program year back to the current program year.
