Revise a Delivery Location Information Sheet

Your organization revises an approved Food Distribution Program delivery location information sheet as necessary throughout the program year. The CNPweb submits the revised version for approval, and keeps track of all form revisions.

To revise an approved delivery location information sheet:

  1. Change the program year to the upcoming program year (if necessary).
  2. Display the Sponsor Summary - Applications tab.
  3. Locate the delivery location information sheet.
  4. Click Revise.

    The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Delivery Location Sheet.

  5. Make all appropriate changes to the delivery location information.
  6. Click Submit.

    The CNPweb checks the delivery location information sheet for input errors.

  7. If the CNPweb finds errors, it displays the Sponsor Delivery Location Sheet - Post Confirmation page with the error detection message. You must correct all errors and resubmit the form. For more information, see Correct Delivery Location Information Sheet Input Errors.
  8. If the CNPweb finds no errors, it displays the Sponsor Delivery Location Sheet - Post Confirmation page with the approved status message.
