Delete a Sponsor Information Sheet
To delete an unapproved sponsor information sheet:
Change the program year to the upcoming program year (if necessary).- Click Program Year next to the program and your recipient agency name.
The CNPweb displays the Program Year Selection page.
- Click the program year.
The CNPweb changes the program year and updates the page display.
Display the Sponsor Summary - Applications tab.- Click the Summary menu.
- Click Sponsor Summary.
The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Applications tab.
- Locate the Sponsor Information Sheet.
- Click Delete.
The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Information Sheet.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Click Delete.
The CNPweb deletes the sponsor information sheet.
Notes:
- If the Delete option is not available, you cannot delete the sponsor information sheet. For more information, see Enrollment Form Tasks.
- While viewing the information sheet, if you decide not to delete it, click Cancel.
- If you changed the program year to delete an enrollment form for the upcoming program year, make sure to change the program year back to the current program year.
