Delete a Sponsor Information Sheet

To delete an unapproved sponsor information sheet:

1. Change the program year to the upcoming program year (if necessary).
   1. Click Program Year next to the program and your recipient agency name.

      The CNPweb displays the Program Year Selection page.

   2. Click the program year.

      The CNPweb changes the program year and updates the page display.

2. Display the Sponsor Summary - Applications tab.
   1. Click the Summary menu.
   2. Click Sponsor Summary.

      The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Applications tab.

3. Locate the Sponsor Information Sheet.
4. Click Delete.

   The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Information Sheet.

5. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
6. Click Delete.

   The CNPweb deletes the sponsor information sheet.

Notes:

• If the Delete option is not available, you cannot delete the sponsor information sheet. For more information, see Enrollment Form Tasks.
• While viewing the information sheet, if you decide not to delete it, click Cancel.
• If you changed the program year to delete an enrollment form for the upcoming program year, make sure to change the program year back to the current program year.
