View a Claim

At any time, you can review your organization's School Nutrition Program claims. You can view the contents of a claim in any status, and can view any revision.

To review a claim:

To view a claim for another program year, change the program year.
1. Click Program Year next to your sponsor name.
  The CNPweb displays the Program Year Selection page.
2. Click the desired program year.
  The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Packet page for the selected program year.
If you change the program year, you must remember to change it back before starting other CNPweb tasks.
Display the Sponsor Summary - Claims page.
1. Click the Applications menu.
2. Click Sponsor Summary.
  The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Packet page.
3. Click the Claims tab.
  The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Claims page.
Locate the claim month you want to view.
If your organization revised the claim for this month, click the plus sign in the left column to display the revision history for this month and locate the claim version you want to view.
Click the folder plus sign to expand the list of site claims for the claim month.
Locate the site claim to view.
Click View.
The CNPweb displays the selected site claim form.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click Cancel.
The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Claims page.
Repeat Step 6 through Step 9 for each site claim to view.
Locate the sponsor summary claim to view.
Click View.
The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Claim.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click Cancel.

Notes:

Viewing a claim only allows you to read the contents. To change the contents, you must either edit an unapproved claim or revise an approved claim.
The CNPweb uses yellow highlighting to show changes on the form.
You can review earlier versions of your claims if they exist. Use the plus sign to expand the revision history list.
If you view the claim for another program year, you must remember to change the program year back to the current program year before performing other CNPweb functions.
