Correct Claim Input Errors (Upload File)

If you use an upload file to create a site-level claim, and the upload file contains input errors, you can correct them immediately after you discover them.

To open a claim that contains input errors later:

  1. With the sponsor claim open, click Sponsor Summary in the bread crumb trail.

The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Claims page.

  2. Locate the claim month.
  3. Click the folder plus sign to expand the list of sites for this claim month.
  4. Locate a site claim with the Errors status.
  5. Click Edit.
  6. Fix all input errors in this claim.
  7. Click Submit.

The CNPweb checks the claim form for errors.

If the CNPweb finds errors, it displays the appropriate post confirmation page with the Errors status. You must correct all errors and resubmit this claim.

If the CNPweb finds no errors, it displays the appropriate post confirmation page with the Complete status.

  8. Click to display the Sponsor Summary.
  9. Repeat Step 4 through Step 8 for each site claim with the Errors status.

From here, return to Submit a Reimbursement Claim (Upload File) and continue to submit the claim.
