You can edit a School Nutrition Program site application until the state agency approves it. An unapproved application has the Errors, Pending Submission, and Needs Correction statuses.
To edit an unapproved site application:
Change the program year (if appropriate).- Click Program Year next to your sponsor name.
The CNPweb displays the Program Year Selection page.
- Click the desired program year.
The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Packet page for the selected program year.
If you change the program year, you must remember to change it back before starting other CNPweb tasks.
Display the Sponsor Summary - Applications page.- Click the Applications menu.
- Click Sponsor Summary.
The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Packet page.
- Click the Applications tab.
The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Applications page.
- Locate the site application in the list.
- Click Edit.
The CNPweb displays the Site Information Sheet.
- Make all appropriate changes to the site information.
- Click Submit.
The CNPweb checks your site application for input errors.
If the CNPweb finds errors, it displays the Site Information Sheet - Post Confirmation page with the Errors status. You must correct all errors and resubmit the form. For more information, see Correct Site Application Input Errors.
If the CNPweb finds no errors, it displays the Site Information Sheet - Post Confirmation page with the Pending Submission status.
Notes:
- You can edit an unapproved site application before you submit your application packet.
- If the Edit option is not available, you cannot edit the application.
- The CNPweb uses yellow highlighting to show changes on the form.
- If you edit a revised application that the state agency returned as Needs Correction, you must make the required changes, check the submit checkbox, and resubmit the application to the state agency. For more information, see Revise a Site Application.
- If you edit a revision that contains no errors, the CNPweb assigns the Pending Approval status and displays the Site Information Sheet - Post Confirmation page with the Pending Approval status.
- If you have not submitted your packet, the CNPweb places your edited site application in your packet.
- If you changed the program year to the upcoming program year, change the program year back to the current program year before performing other CNPweb functions.
