Delete a Site Application

Occasionally, you may need to delete a School Nutrition Program site application. You can delete a site application before the state agency approves it. If you discover the mistake after the state agency approves it, you can only edit the application.

To delete an unapproved site application from the packet:

1. Display the Sponsor Summary - Applications page.
   1. Click the Applications menu.
   2. Click Sponsor Summary.

      The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Packet page.

   3. Click the Applications tab.

      The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Applications page.

2. Locate the site application.
3. Click Delete.

   The CNPweb displays the Site Information Sheet.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
5. Click Delete.

   The CNPweb deletes the selected site application and displays the confirmation message.

Notes:

• Do not attempt to delete a site application for a site that no longer participates in the School Nutrition Program. The state agency handles this situation.
• If the Delete option is not available, you cannot delete the site application. For more information, see Site Application Overview.
• If you have questions about deleting your sponsor application, contact the state agency.
• While viewing the application, if you decide not to delete it, click Cancel.
