Change a Site Application

You can change your School Nutrition Program site applications throughout the program year as necessary. The status of the application determines which procedure you use.

Edit the existing sheet - You edit an unapproved application (statuses include Errors, Pending Submission, and Needs Correction).
Revise the existing sheet - You revise an approved application (status Approved). The CNPweb keeps a copy of all approved versions of your site applications, the original and all revisions.

The procedure for changing a site application with any unapproved status is different from the procedure for changing a site application with the Approved status.

Note:

You cannot change an application with the Pending Approval status.
