Correct Site Application Input Errors

Each time you submit a site application for a School Nutrition Program location, the CNPweb reviews it for errors. You cannot submit a site application that contains errors to the state agency for approval.

If you receive the Errors Detected message, you can choose to correct the errors immediately, or you can return to the CNPweb later.

Correct Errors Immediately

To open a site application that contains input errors immediately after attempting to submit the form:

  1. At the Site Information Sheet - Post Confirmation page, click to open the Site Information Sheet Listing page.

The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Applications page.

  2. Locate the site application with the Errors status.
  3. Click Edit.

The CNPweb displays the Site Information Sheet with error messages visible.

  4. Correct all errors on the form and resubmit it.
  5. Repeat this process until you resolve all errors.

Correct Errors Later

If you cannot resolve the input errors at the time you submit the site application with errors, you can open the site application later.

To open a site application that contains input errors later from your packet:

  1. Display the Sponsor Summary - Applications page.
  2. Locate the site application with the Errors status.
  3. Click Edit.

The CNPweb displays the Site Information Sheet with error messages visible.

  4. Correct all errors on the form and resubmit it.
  5. Repeat this process until you resolve all errors.
