Errors Status

The CNPweb assigns the Errors status when an application (sponsor or site) or your annual financial report contains input errors.

Packet Errors

The Errors status on the Sponsor Summary - Packet page means that one or more applications in the packet contain input errors. Review the Sponsor Summary - Application page to identify the specific form with input errors.

You must correct every application with input errors. You cannot submit your packet for approval until you correct all errors.

Application Errors

The Errors status on the Sponsor Summary - Applications page identifies a specific application with input errors.

You must correct every application with input errors. You cannot submit your packet or a revised application form for approval until you correct all errors.

Annual Financial Report Errors

The Errors status on the Sponsor Summary - Claims page for your annual financial report means that your report contains input errors.

You must correct every application and report with input errors. You cannot submit your packet or an application form for approval until you correct all errors.
