Packet and Application Statuses

The CNPweb assigns statuses to identify the location of your application packet in the creation and approval process.

• Each application (sponsor and site) receives its own status on the Sponsor Summary - Applications page.
• Each type of application (sponsor and site) receives an overall status on the Sponsor Summary - Packet page.

The CNPweb assigns the following statuses for applications, packets, and your annual financial report:

• Incomplete Status
• Errors Status
• Pending Submission Status
• Pending Approval Status
• Needs Correction Status
• Approved Status

Notes:

• The CNPweb assigns the same statuses to track the annual financial report through the creation and approval process. The annual financial report status appears on the Sponsor Summary - Claims page.
• The review and approval process for claims is different from the review and approval process for packets, applications (sponsor and site), and your annual financial report. The claims approval process uses different statuses.
