The CNPweb assigns the Pending Submission status when an application or annual financial report is ready for state agency review and approval.
Packet Pending Submission
The Pending Submission status on the Sponsor Summary - Packet page means that one or more categories of applications (sponsor or site) in the packet are ready to submit to the state agency.
When the state agency returns your packet because one or more applications needs correction, the CNPweb assigns the Pending Submission status to applications that do not need correction.
Application Pending Submission
The Pending Submission status on the Sponsor Summary - Applications page means that one or more applications in the packet are ready to submit to the state agency. You cannot submit your packet until all applications have the Pending Submission status.
When the state agency returns your packet because one or more application needs correction, the CNPweb assigns the Pending Submission status to the corrected application.
When you revise applications, the Pending Submission status means that you did not check the submit checkbox on the form.
Annual Financial Report Pending Submission
The Pending Submission status on the Sponsor Summary - Claims page for the annual financial report means that you did not check the certification checkbox on the report.
