Incomplete Status

Before you begin working on your packet or an application (sponsor or site), the CNPweb displays the Incomplete status on the Sponsor Summary - Packet page.

When you submit an application, the CNPweb checks it for errors.

If the application contains errors, the CNPweb assigns the Errors status.
If the application does not contain errors, the CNPweb assigns the Pending Submission status.

When the state agency returns an application (sponsor or site) for correction, the CNPweb assigns the Incomplete status on the Sponsor Summary - Packet page to identify the type of form that requires correction.

Notes:

The CNPweb never assigns the Incomplete status to an individual application on the on the Sponsor Summary - Applications page.
The CNPweb does not use the Incomplete status with your annual financial report.
