Packet Off-Line Forms

You packet includes several off-line forms required by the School Nutrition Program. The state agency added these documents to the CNPweb where you can easily down them and identify which forms the state agency requires for your organization.

The following table identifies the document formats used for off-line forms.

Icon	Document Type and Use
	Microsoft Word documents require you to use Word to complete and print these forms.
	Microsoft Excel documents require you to use Excel to complete and print these forms.
	Adobe Acrobat documents require you to use the free Acrobat Reader to print these forms.
	Text files require sponsors to use Word or the Microsoft Notepad to open and print these forms.

To download your packet off-line forms:

Display the Sponsor Summary - Packet page.
When you first login, the CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Packet page after you select the program year.

After you have logged in, you can display the Sponsor Summary - Packet at any time by:
1. Click the Applications menu.
2. Click Sponsor Summary.
  The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Packet page.
Locate the form you need to download in the list.
Click the file type icon.
The CNPweb displays the File Download window.
Click Save.
The CNPweb displays the Save As window.
Determine the location on your computer where the CNPweb should place the off-line form file.
Click Save.
The CNPweb downloads the file to this location on your computer.
Repeat Step 2 through Step 7 for each file you need to download.

Note:

The off-line forms are not visible on the Sponsor Summary - Packet page until after you submit your sponsor application.
