Packet Step 3: Submit Off-line Forms

Your School Nutrition Program application packet includes several off-line forms required by the state agency. You must complete and submit the required off-line forms. You report the submit dates on the CNPweb, but you do not use the CNPweb to submit the off-line forms.

To report the date you submitted off-line forms:

  1. Change the program year (if appropriate).
  2. Display the Sponsor Summary - Packet page.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page (if necessary).
  4. Click to Enter Dates on Off-Line Forms.

    The CNPweb displays the Off-line Form Update page.

  5. Type the date for each submitted form.
  6. Click Submit.

    The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Packet page with the dates updated.
