Packet Step 5: Correct Errors and Resubmit Packet

When the state agency reviews your packet, they can:

If the state agency returns your packet with one or more applications that need correction, you must fix all of them and resubmit your packet for approval.

To correct any problems with the applications in your application packet:

  1. Change the program year (if appropriate).
  2. Display the Sponsor Summary - Applications page.
  3. Edit the application that requires correction.

    The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Applications page with the updated application status.

  4. Repeat Step 2 for each application with the Needs Correction status.
  5. Click the Packet tab.
  6. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  7. Check the submit checkbox.
  8. Click Submit.

    The CNPweb submits your updated packet to the state agency for review and approval and displays the Sponsor Summary - Packet page.
