Packet Step 4: Submit Your Packet

Before you submit your packet, you must review the status of each application to make sure your packet is ready. You cannot submit your packet until:

Your sponsor application has the Pending Submission status.
All site applications have the Pending Submission status (if required for your organization).
You have submitted all required off-line forms to the state agency and reported the submission date in the Sponsor Summary - Packet page.

After completing all of the components of your organization's application packet, you are ready to submit your packet to the state agency.

To submit your application packet to the state agency for approval:

Change the program year (if appropriate).
1. Click Program Year next to your sponsor name.
  The CNPweb displays the Program Year Selection page.
2. Click the desired program year.
  The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Packet page for the selected program year.
If you change the program year, you must remember to change it back before starting other CNPweb tasks.
Display the Sponsor Summary - Packet page.
When you first login, the CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Packet page after you select the program year.

After you have logged in, you can display the Sponsor Summary - Packet at any time by:
1. Click the Applications menu.
2. Click Sponsor Summary.
  The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Packet page.
Scroll to the bottom of the page (if necessary).
Check the submit checkbox.
Click Submit.
The CNPweb submits your packet to the state agency for approval and displays the updated Sponsor Summary - Packet page.

Notes:

After you submit your packet, you cannot change your applications until the state agency approves them. Make sure they are complete and accurate before you submit them.
The Submit button appears when all of your applications have the Pending Submission status and all of the required off-line forms have a submission date.
If you changed the program year to the upcoming program year, change the program year back to the current program year before performing other CNPweb functions.
