Application Packets

Before the start of the program year, your organization submits an application packet for the School Nutrition Program. The specific group of forms your organization submits depends on:

The School Nutrition Program enrollment requirements.
Your organization's structure and characteristics.

The CNPweb allows you to easily create and submit your packet. It identifies the specific forms your organization must submit in its packet. Each packet consists of the following types of forms:

Online forms - The sponsor and site applications that you fill out and submit using the CNPweb.
Off-line forms - The other forms and documentation the state agency requires from your organization.
