Site Application Overview

At the start of the program year, each sponsor must submit one or more site applications as part of the School Nutrition Program enrollment process. The site application describes a site and its participation in the SNP.

The CNPweb prepares a list of sites that require site applications based on the information you have provided to the state agency about your sites. The CNPweb submits your entire packet to the state agency for review and approval after you complete all of the application packet components.

Revisions

You can change your site applications as necessary throughout the program year. The state agency reviews and approves each change, and the CNPweb keeps a copy of each approved version of each site application.

When you submit a revised site application, you must check the submit checkbox at the bottom of the form. The submit checkbox does not appear on the original version of the site application. It appears on every site application revision.

Statuses

The CNPweb assigns a status to each of your site applications and displays the status on Sponsor Summary - Applications page. The status identifies the location of the site application in the creation and approval process.

View a list of actions you can take on an application based on its status.
