Change a Sponsor Application

You can change your School Nutrition Program sponsor application throughout the program year as necessary. The status of the application determines which procedure you use.

Edit the existing sheet - You edit an unapproved application (statuses include Errors, Pending Submission, and Needs Correction).
Revise the existing sheet - You revise an approved application (status Approved). The CNPweb keeps a copy of all approved versions of your sponsor application, the original and all revisions.

The procedure for changing a sponsor application with any unapproved status is different from the procedure for changing a sponsor application with the Approved status.

Note:

You cannot change a sponsor application with the Pending Approval status. You must wait until the application reaches the Approved status and revise the application.
