Delete a Sponsor Application

Occasionally, you may need to delete a School Nutrition Program sponsor application. You can delete a sponsor application before you add a site application. If you discover the mistake after you have added another application you can only edit the sponsor application.

To delete a sponsor application from the packet:

1. Display the Sponsor Summary - Applications page.
   1. Click the Applications menu.
   2. Click Sponsor Summary.

      The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Packet page.

   3. Click the Applications tab.

      The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Applications page.

2. Locate the sponsor application.
3. Click Delete.

   The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Information Sheet.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
5. Click Delete.

   The CNPweb deletes the selected sponsor application and displays the confirmation message.

Notes:

• You cannot delete a sponsor application after adding a site application.
• If the Delete option is not available, you cannot delete the sponsor application. For more information, see Sponsor Application Overview.
• If you have questions about deleting your sponsor application, contact the state agency.
• While viewing the application, if you decide not to delete it, click Cancel.
