Sponsor Application Overview

At the start of the program year, each sponsor must submit a sponsor application as part of the School Nutrition Program enrollment process. The sponsor application describes your organization's participation in the SNP. The CNPweb submits your entire packet to the state agency for review and approval after you complete all of the packet components

Revisions

You can revise your sponsor application as necessary throughout the program year. The state agency reviews and approves each revised application and the CNPweb keeps a copy of each approved version of your sponsor application.

When you submit a revised sponsor application, you must check the submit checkbox at the bottom of the form. The submit checkbox does not appear on the original version of the sponsor application.

Statuses

The CNPweb assigns a status to your sponsor application and displays the status on Sponsor Summary - Applications page. The status identifies the location of the sponsor application in the creation and approval process.
