View a Sponsor Application

At any time, you can review your organization's School Nutrition Program sponsor application. You can view the contents of the sponsor application in any status, and can view any revision.

To review your organization's School Nutrition Program sponsor application:

To see your sponsor application for a different program year, change the program year.
1. Click Program Year next to your sponsor name.
  The CNPweb displays the Program Year Selection page.
2. Click the desired program year.
  The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Packet page for the selected program year.
If you change the program year, you must remember to change it back before starting other CNPweb tasks.
Display the Sponsor Summary - Applications page.
1. Click the Applications menu.
2. Click Sponsor Summary.
  The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Packet page.
3. Click the Applications tab.
  The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Applications page.
Locate the sponsor application.
If you revised your sponsor application in this program year and want to review an earlier version, click the plus sign to display the revision history.
Click View.
The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Information Sheet.
View the sponsor application contents.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click Cancel.
The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Applications page.

Notes:

Viewing an application only allows you to read the contents. To change the contents, you must either edit an unapproved application or revise an approved application.
The CNPweb uses yellow highlighting to show changes on the form.
You can review earlier versions of your application if they exist. Use the plus sign to expand the revision history list.
If you view the application for another program year, you must remember to change the program year back to the current program year before performing other CNPweb functions.
