Correct Sponsor Application Input Errors
Each time you submit a sponsor application for a School Nutrition Program sponsor, the CNPweb reviews it for errors. You cannot submit a sponsor application that contains errors to the state agency for approval.
- If the CNPweb finds no errors, it changes the sponsor application status to Pending Submission.
- If the CNPweb finds errors, it notifies you. You must correct all errors before you can submit your packet to the state agency for review and approval.
If you receive the Errors Detected message, you can choose to correct the errors immediately, or you can return to the CNPweb later.
Correct Errors Immediately

- At the Sponsor Information Sheet - Post Confirmation page, click to open the Sponsor Information Sheet Listing page.

- Click Edit.

- Correct all errors on the form and resubmit it.
- Repeat this process until you resolve all errors.
