Activity 5: Submit Your Annual Financial Report

At the end of the program year, your state agency requires you to submit your annual financial report. This report includes information about the income, expenses, account balances, and depreciation for your organization through this program year.

To submit your annual financial report:

  1. Prepare the data for your report.
  2. Change the program year (if appropriate).
  3. Display the Sponsor Summary - Claims page.
  4. Locate the Annual Financial Report.
  5. Click Add.

    The CNPweb displays the Annual Financial Report form.

  6. Complete the form.
  7. If you want the CNPweb to calculate the rates and percentages before you submit the report, click Calculate.
  8. Complete the Certification section and check the certification checkbox.
  9. Click Submit.

    The CNPweb checks your report for input errors.

    If the CNPweb finds errors, it displays the Annual Financial Report - Post Confirmation page with the error detection message. You must correct all errors and resubmit the report. For more information, see Correct Annual Financial Report Input Errors.

    If the CNPweb finds no errors, it displays the Annual Financial Report - Post Confirmation page with the report status message.
