Errors Status
The CNPweb assigns the Errors status on the Sponsor Summary - Claims page when a reimbursement claim contains input errors. You must correct all errors before you submit the claim to the state agency for approval and payment.
The Errors status must be resolved for both original and revised claims before you can submit it for state agency approval and payment.
Using Online Forms
For sponsors that submit site-level claims using the online forms:
- The CNPweb assigns the Errors status to the sponsor claim (summary claim) when you create it.
- After you create all site claims without errors, you must resubmit the sponsor claim to remove the Errors status.
- You cannot submit the sponsor claim until you correct all errors in the site claims.
Using Claim File Upload
For sponsors that submit site-level claims using a claim upload file:
- If your claim upload file is valid but contains data input errors, the CNPweb processes the upload file and assigns the Errors status to all claims with data input errors.
- You must use the online forms to resolve the data input errors before you can submit your claim.
Note:
- When you correct claims errors, the CNPweb assigns the Pending Submission, Pending Approval, or Approved status.
