The CNPweb assigns the Pending Submission status on the Sponsor Summary - Claim page when a reimbursement claim is ready to submit to the state agency for approval and payment.
To submit a claim with the Pending Submission status, you must check the payment checkbox above the Submit button and submit the claim.
When you submit your claim, the CNPweb assigns the Pending Approval or Approved status based on the sponsor claims approval option the state agency set for your organization.
