View Allocations Summary

You can view the Food Distribution Program entitlement information for your organization, including allocation products and allocation dates.

To view the entitlement summary for your organization:

1. Display the Sponsor Summary - Allocations tab.
   1. Click the Summary menu.
   2. Click Sponsor Summary.

      The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Applications tab.

   3. Click the Allocations tab.

      The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Allocations tab.

2. Review the list of allocations.

Notes:

• You can only view allocations for one program year at a time. To view allocations for a different program year, change the program year.
• The Sponsor - Allocations tab displays your organization's allocations and allocation dates.
• The allocation code identifies the allocation type.
• Your state agency may adjust allocations, including the allocated quantity and the allocation dates throughout the program year.
• The CNPweb updates your allocations list each time the state agency creates an allocation or your organization creates an unassigned allocation.
• The Available Quantity identifies the total number of cases or units of products included in the allocation.
• If you changed the program year to view allocations for a different program year, change the program year back to the current program year.
