View Allocation Details

You can view the Food Distribution Program entitlement information for your organization, including allocation products and quantities.

To view the allocation details for your organization:

1. Display the Sponsor Summary - Allocations tab.
   1. Click the Summary menu.
   2. Click Sponsor Summary.

      The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Applications tab.

   3. Click the Allocations tab.

      The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Allocations tab.

2. Review the list of allocations.
3. Locate an allocation in the list.
4. Click View.

   The CNPweb displays the Allocation Form for the selected allocation.

5. Review the product allocation details.
6. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
7. Click Cancel.

   The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Allocations tab.

Notes:

• The Allocation Form groups products by commodity type (entitlement, entitlement no-charge, and bonus).
• The allocation code identifies the allocation type.
