Delete a Preorder Response

To delete a preorder response:

1. Display the Sponsor Summary - Preorders tab.
   1. Click the Summary menu.
   2. Click Sponsor Summary.

      The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Applications tab.

   3. Click the Preorders tab.

      The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Preorders tab.

2. Locate the preorder with the response you want to delete.
3. Click Delete.

   The CNPweb displays the Preorder Entry page.

4. Click Delete.

   The CNPweb deletes the existing preorder response and displays the Sponsor Summary - Preorders tab.

Notes:

• If the Delete option is not available, you cannot delete the preorder response.
• By default, the Preorder Results page displays the results by product.
• The Preorder Results page groups products by product category (classification).
• The Preorder Results Details page displays the total pounds, total cases, and entitlement used for each sponsor.
• Use the Display By drop-down list to select another view of the preorder results.
