View Your Annual Financial Report

At any time, you can review your organization's School Nutrition Program annual financial report. You can view the contents of the current report in any status, and you can view any revision.

To review your organization's School Nutrition Program annual financial report:

1. To see your annual financial report for a different program year, change the program year.
   1. Click Program Year next to your sponsor name.

      The CNPweb displays the Program Year Selection page.

   2. Click the desired program year.

      The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Packet page for the selected program year.

   If you change the program year, you must remember to change it back before starting other CNPweb tasks.

2. Display the Sponsor Summary - Claims page.
   1. Click the Applications menu.
   2. Click Sponsor Summary.

      The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Packet page.

   3. Click the Claims tab.

      The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Claims page.

3. Locate the annual financial report.
4. If you revised your report in this program year and want to review an earlier version, click the plus sign to display the revision history.
5. Click View.

   The CNPweb displays the Annual Financial Report.

6. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
7. Click Cancel.

   The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Annual Financial Report page.

Notes:

• Viewing an annual financial report only allows you to read the contents. To change the contents, you must either edit an unapproved report or revise an approved report.
• The CNPweb uses yellow highlighting to show changes on the form.
• You can review other versions of your application if available for this program year. Use the plus sign to expand the revision history list.
• If you view the report for another program year, you must remember to change the program year back to the current program year before performing other CNPweb functions.
