Print Help Topics

You can print individual help topics and keep important topics in a folder or notebook on your desk.

To print a help topic using Internet Explorer:

1. Display the help topic you want to print.
2. Click File.
3. Click Print.

   The browser displays the Print dialog.

4. Select the appropriate printer.
5. Click Print.

   The browser prints the current help topic on the selected printer.

Why You Should Not Print All Help Topics

From time to time, your state agency updates the help system. With each update, new topics appear and existing topics change. By using the online help system, you always have access to the most up-to-date help information. Printed topics may become outdated and do not provide you with new information, so use them carefully and for a short period of time.

We do not recommend that you print the entire help system, but you can print individual pages that you find most useful.

Note:

• Instead of printing all important topics, you can create a bookmark or favorite for important help topics so you can quickly and easily reach them.
