Expanded Instructions

The help system procedures show you the quickest way to accomplish a task. Some of the steps assume that you know how to perform basic CNPweb operations. If you are unsure about how to perform these tasks, you can click on the step to display expanded instructions.

• To display the expanded instructions, click on the step. The CNPweb displays the step-by-step procedure to complete this task.
• To remove the expanded instructions, click again on the step.

You can practice on the following example:

1. Change the program year (if necessary).
   1. Click Program Year next to your sponsor name.

      The CNPweb displays the Program Year Selection page.

   2. Click the desired program year.

      The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Summary - Packet page for the selected program year.

   If you change the program year, you must remember to change it back before starting other CNPweb tasks.

Pop-Up Blockers

If you are unable to display these expanded instructions, check your computer for a pop-up blocker. Even though the expanded instructions do not appear in a pop-up window, some browsers and security programs consider this feature a pop-up. You must turn off all pop-up blockers to see the expanded instructions.

We provide instructions for turning off the pop-up blocker in Internet Explorer. Your organization may use additional pop-up blockers or a different browser. Consult your organization's help desk for more information.
