View a Site Entry

The state agency maintains a profile of the sites sponsored by your organization. It includes the basic information about how each site participates in the CNPweb programs. You can view this information.

To view information about a site you sponsor:

1. Click Maintenance.
2. Click Site Entry.

   The CNPweb displays the Site Entry - Select Site page.

3. Locate the site to view in the list.
4. Click the Site Number.

   The CNPweb displays the Site Entry form for the selected site.

5. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
6. Click Cancel.

Notes:

• You can only view this information.
• If this information contains errors, contact the state agency.
