View Your Sponsor Entry

The state agency maintains a profile of your organization with the basic information about how your organization participates in the CNPweb programs. You can view this information.

To view your organization's information:

1. Click Maintenance.
2. Click Sponsor Entry.

   The CNPweb displays the Sponsor Entry form.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the form.
4. Click Cancel.

Notes:

• You can only view this information.
• If this information contains errors, contact the state agency.
